Vine Cleaning Services is a small business operating in Mildura, Victoria, Australia. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings are made through our online booking form, by phone, by text/WhatsApp, or in person. All bookings are subject to confirmation by us — we'll call or text you within 24 hours to lock in the details.
A booking is considered confirmed only when we've both agreed on date, time, scope, and price.
Current prices are listed on our pricing page. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are GST-free (we are not currently registered for GST). Custom services (office, Airbnb, NDIS, carpet) require a quote, which we'll provide before booking.
If a job takes significantly longer than estimated, we'll work up to one extra hour at no charge. Beyond that, we'll always call to confirm any additional charges before continuing — no surprises on the invoice.
Payment is due on completion of the service, by direct bank transfer. An invoice will be sent with bank details. Payment terms are on receipt unless otherwise agreed.
If an invoice remains unpaid 14 days after issue, we may charge a late fee of $20 and/or suspend further services until payment is received.
Loyalty discounts (10% off weekly or fortnightly bookings) apply only while you maintain regular bookings at that frequency. If you skip more than one cycle without notice, the discount may be paused.
Referral discounts (10% off for both referrer and new customer) apply to the first paid clean for the new customer and the next clean for the referrer. The referrer's name must be recorded at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in cases of illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions. In such cases, we'll give as much notice as possible and offer alternative times.
You're responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. This includes:
We may decline to clean if we determine the property is unsafe, and the booking fee may still apply.
Our standard checklists are published on our pricing page. Anything outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
We do NOT clean:
If you're not satisfied with our work, contact us within 24 hours of the clean and we'll return at no extra charge to fix the issues. For end-of-lease cleans, our bond-back guarantee applies for 72 hours after the clean — if your real estate agent identifies cleaning issues, we'll return to fix them at no charge. This guarantee covers cleaning quality only, not damage, wear, or items outside the agreed scope.
We carry public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team, please notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate and work with our insurer.

For especially valuable or fragile items, please notify us in advance so we can handle them with appropriate care or exclude them from the clean.
For end-of-lease cleans, we may take "before" and "after" photographs for our records. These are kept confidential and used only to verify cleaning quality if a dispute arises.
We will not use any property images for marketing without your explicit written consent.
We supply all standard cleaning products and equipment. If you'd like us to use specific products (allergies, fragrances, eco-friendly), please let us know in advance. If you provide your own products, we use them at your direction and cannot be responsible for outcomes resulting from their use.
Our cleaners are either employees or independent contractors. All are police-checked and trained to our standards. We reserve the right to assign different cleaners as needed for operational reasons.
We're committed to a safe, respectful workplace for our team. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a booking immediately if a customer behaves in a way that is threatening, abusive, harassing, or unsafe. The full booking fee may still apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be addressed first through good-faith discussion, then through the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) or relevant courts if necessary.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
