No — we bring all the cleaning supplies, equipment, and professional tools needed for the job. If you have specific products you'd prefer we use (allergies, scent preferences, etc.), just let us know during the walkthrough and we'll happily accommodate.

Yes. Vine Cleaning Services carries full public liability insurance, and all our cleaners are police-checked before they ever step into your home or office. Certificates available on request.

Not at all. Most of our regular clients give us a key, share a smart-lock code, or arrange access another way. We treat every space with the same care whether you're there or not. For first-time visits, we'll arrange whatever's most comfortable for you.

No lock-in contracts. We earn your business every visit. Cancel, pause, or adjust your schedule whenever you need — life changes, and we change with it.

For most jobs, we can complete the walkthrough within 48 hours and start cleaning within a week. Urgent end-of-lease and Airbnb turnover cleans can often be scheduled sooner — just call or WhatsApp us and we'll do our best to help.

We send a simple invoice after each clean, or monthly for recurring clients. Payment by bank transfer is preferred. For NDIS clients, we work with both self-managed and plan-managed funding — happy to discuss what works for you.

If something's missed or not up to standard, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right at no extra cost. Our goal is for every client to feel completely happy with the result — full stop.
